Experience

Since leaving school I have worked in many different fields that lead me to training as a counsellor and psychologist. I now work in the field of therapeutic counselling.

I have spent over seven years in the family court arena. This has meant dealing with the courts, social services , CAFFCAS as well as dealing with vunerable children and their needs their needs and issues.

All this has lead me to acquire a wealth of life experience that helps me to empathise with clients and facilitate them in travelling their life's journey.

As a counsellor I have been involved with Cruse bereavement care on a voluntary basis for many years as well as working with other charities.

I have also worked as a school counselor in a secondary school in Essex and am currently working in London schools offering counselling and therapy to young people aged 4 to 18.This has given me a great deal of experience working with young people of all ages.

I obtained my counselling skills and theory certificates at levels 2 and 3 before going on to achieve an Honors Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
